• Exceptional drilling results continued to highlight the outstanding potential to grow the Rouyn resource

• Drilling has identified more high-grade shoots within broad mineralised envelopes, demonstrating the scope to increase both  grade and  tonnes

• 43 holes completed for 16,212 metres during the Quarter and 54 holes completed for 20,551 metres cumulatively to 30 June 2026.

• A second diamond drill rig was mobilised during the Quarter to accelerate drilling; Technical, environmental and stakeholder workstreams progressed in parallel with drilling, including metallurgical test work

• The acquisition of the historic high-grade Golden Patricia Gold Mine and surrounding property from Barrick was completed, consolidating the Pickle Lake tenure in Ontario, adding a second long-term growth platform to Lac Gold's portfolio

• Shareholders approved the change of name from Ardiden Limited to Lac Gold Limited, with the Company's ASX code changing to LAC

• Cash at Quarter end was A$13.34 million
