Lac Gold Managing Director Andrew Stocks said:
“This is another strong set of drilling results from Astoria. These results continue the pattern we
have seen throughout this year's program ofbroadzones ofgoldmineralisation surrounding higher-
grade cores, with the drilling continuing to build our confidence in the continuity of the mineralised
system.
“With each round of drilling, we are building a better understanding of the scale and character of
the Astoria gold system and, importantly, the distribution and continuity of the higher-grade
mineralisation within that broader system. This is important because it helps us to target
extensions of the mineralisation more effectively and efficiently.
“There is still immense opportunity to keep growing the known mineralisation at Astoria and we will
continue to drill, generating steady news flow. At the same time, our growing understanding of the
Rouyn Project is giving us the confidence to begin looking beyond Astoria and consider where else
we should be targeting.”
Rouyn-Noranda, Québec, Canada – Lac Gold Limited (ASX: LAC) (“Lac Gold” or the “Company”) is
pleased to report strong assay results from a further 20 diamond drillholes, AS-26-799 to AS-26-818,
completed as part of the Company's ongoing 2026 drilling program at the Astoria deposit within its
100%-owned Rouyn Gold Project.
The latest 20 holes add to a growing body of drilling demonstrating this relationship repeatedly across
Astoria. Broad mineralised intervals including 86.0m @ 1.12g/t Au in AS-26-806, 86.6m @ 0.59g/t Au in
AS-26-801 and 55.55m @ 0.74g/t Au in AS-26-799 contain materially higher-grade internal zones, while
further significant higher-grade intersections were returned in AS-26-808, AS-26-804, AS-26-802 and
AS-26-817.
Taken together with results reported earlier in 2026, the drilling continues to build confidence in the
scale and continuity of the Astoria mineralised system.
Understanding the Rouyn Gold System
The latest drilling continues to support Lac Gold's interpretation of Astoria, on the eastern corridor of
the Rouyn Gold Project, as a large, structurally controlled orogenic gold system developed along the
Cadillac-Larder Lake Break.
The mineralised system comprises two complementary components: broad shear-hosted
hydrothermal alteration envelopes that define the overall mineralised system, together with higher-
grade gold mineralisation developed within favourable structural settings. This is consistent with the
geological architecture identified through earlier drilling in 2026.
Broad Hydrothermal Alteration Envelopes
Broad mineralised intervals encountered in the latestdrilling continue to define extensive shear-hosted
hydrothermal alteration envelopes. These zones are characterised by pervasive quartz-carbonate
veining and alteration, together with disseminated sulphide mineralisation, and provide the broader
geological architecture within which higher-grade gold mineralisation occurs.
ASX Announcement
ASX: LAC | lacgold.com | investors@lacgold.com p3
The latest results include broad mineralised intervals, such as 86.0m in AS-26-806, 86.6m in AS-26-801
and 55.55m in AS-26-799, each containing higher-grade internal mineralisation.
The broad alteration zones are interpreted predominantly around the contact between ultramafic
volcanic rocks of the Piché Group and Timiskaming sedimentary rocks.
Figure 1 - Drill hole collar plan, Astoria project area, Rouyn Gold Project (NAD 1983 MTM Zone 10)
Higher-Grade Gold Zones
Higher-grade gold mineralisation continues to occur within the broader mineralised envelopes and
favourable structural settings. Importantly, this relationship is repeated across a number of the latest
drillholes, providing furthersupport for the geologicalmodel developed through Lac Gold's2026 drilling
program.
The Company's evolving structural interpretation indicates that higher-grade mineralisation may
be preferentially developed within localised brittle structural zones associated with lithological
flexures and, in some areas, the proximity of diabase dykes. These relationships are being
incorporated into the evolving geological model and will be further tested through ongoing drilling.
Mineral Resource and Next Steps
The 2026 drilling program is progressively improving Lac Gold's understanding of the scale, geometry
and continuity of mineralisation at Astoria and providing an increasingly robust geological framework
for the next Mineral Resource Estimate.
ASX Announcement
ASX: LAC | lacgold.com | investors@lacgold.com p4
The latest results will be incorporated with earlier 2026 drilling, historical drilling and the Company's
evolving geological interpretation as part of the planned update to the Rouyn Gold Project Mineral
Resource Estimate.
The existing Rouyn Gold Project Mineral Resource comprises 1.66Moz of gold at an average grade of
3.28g/t Au in the Indicated and Inferred categories.
The holes reported in this announcement are targeting internal extensions and offshoots within the
broad footprint of the existing Mineral Resource. This includes testing mineralised zones that may have
been modelled conservatively by historical drilling, higher-grade shoots that were not adequately
defined, and the potential for broader hydrothermal alteration envelopes than previously interpreted.
The drilling is also providing additional infill information to improve resource geometry and geological
confidence and may support future conversion of Inferred resources to the Indicated category.
The current drilling is building outward from the better-defined parts of the existing Mineral Resource,
using the improved geological understanding developed through the 2026 program to test internal
extensions, offshoots and areas where the mineralised system may be broader than historically
interpreted.
Figure 2 – Astoria long section showing latest drilling and mineralised intervals
Importantly, drilling at Astoria is continuing. The Company remains focused on further defining the
mineralised system, testing internal extensions and offshoots to known mineralisation and refining the
distribution of higher-grade zones, while using the improved geological understanding developed
through the 2026 program to refine future drill targeting.
In parallel, Lac Gold has commenced reviewing opportunities to expand drilling into other areas of the
broader Rouyn Gold Project. This work will consider the Company's growing geological understanding
alongside historical exploration data to identify and prioritise additional targets for future drilling.
ASX Announcement
ASX: LAC | lacgold.com | investors@lacgold.com p5
The growing body of drilling at Astoria continues to improve Lac Gold's understanding of the
architecture of the gold system. This understanding will inform both the forthcoming Mineral Resource
update and the next phase of exploration across the broader Rouyn Gold Project.

JORC CODE, 2012 EDITION – TABLE 1
JORC Code Table 1 Criteria - The table below summarises the assessment and reporting criteria
used for the Rouyn Gold Project sampling techniques and data guidelines in Table 1 of The
Australasian Code for the Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (the
JORC Code, 2012).
Section 1 Sampling Techniques and Data
Criteria JORC Code explanation Commentary
Sampling
techniques
• Nature and quality of sampling (e.g. cut
channels, random chips, or specific specialised
industry standard measurement tools
appropriate to the minerals under investigation,
such as downhole gamma sondes, or handheld
XRF instruments, etc.). These samples should
not be taken as limiting the broad meaning of
sampling.
• Include reference to measures taken to ensure
sample representivity and the appropriate
calibration of any measurement tools or
systems used.
• Aspects of the determination of mineralisation
that are Material to the Public Report.
• In cases where ‘industry standard’ work has
been done this would be relatively simple (e.g.
‘reverse circulation drilling was used to obtain 1
m samples from which 3 kg was pulverised to
produce a 30 g charge for fire assay’). In other
cases more explanation may be required, such
as where there is coarse gold that has inherent
sampling problems. Unusual commodities or
mineralisation types (e.g. submarine nodules)
may warrant disclosure of detailed information.
• Samples have been collected by diamond drilling
techniques (see below).
• Drillholes are orientated perpendicular to the
interpreted strike of the mineralised trend except
where limited access necessitates otherwise.
• Diamond core sampled in intervals of ~1 m where
possible, otherwise intervals less than 1 m selected
based on geological boundaries.
• The core was logged, cut, and sampled by qualified
personnel at Explo-Logik core shack in Val D’Or and
samples submitted to AGAT Laboratories (AGAT) in
Québec.
• The same side of the core was consistently sampled
to avoid selective sampling bias.
• Gold was analysed by fire assay (50 g) with atomic
absorption finish, while base metals were analysed
by four-acid digestion with ICP-OES finish. All
samples received by AGAT were crushed to 90%
passing 2-10 mm mesh sieve. This was then riffle
split to a 250 g sample which was pulverised to 90%
passing 75 microns.
• Samples with gold grades greater than 10 g/t are
reprocessed using gravity finish. The processed
material is split and analysed by fire assay with ICP-
OES finish to extinction. A separate split is prepared
to independently analyse mineralized intervals with a
target grade greater than 1.00% Cu-Zn using a Na₂O₂
fusion with ICP-OES or ICP-MS finish.
• All samples containing visible gold were sent for
metallic screen analysis.
• These techniques are considered appropriate for the
mineralisation expected at all properties.

Criteria JORC Code explanation Commentary
Drilling
techniques
• Drill type (e.g. core, reverse circulation, open-
hole hammer, rotary air blast, auger, Bangka,
sonic, etc) and details (e.g. core diameter, triple
or standard tube, depth of diamond tails, face-
sampling bit or other type, whether core is
oriented and if so, by what method, etc).
• All samples and geological information have been
derived from diamond core using standard equipment
of NQ size (47.6 mm diameter).
• The drill holes were completed by Forage Val d’Or of
Québec in 2026.
• The drill core was oriented by Forage Val d’Or and
verified by Explo-Logik of Québec.
Drill sample
recovery
• Method of recording and assessing core and
chip sample recoveries and results assessed.
• Measures taken to maximise sample recovery
and ensure representative nature of the
samples.
• Whether a relationship exists between sample
recovery and grade and whether sample bias
may have occurred due to preferential loss/gain
of fine/coarse material.
• All drill core was measured and compared to actual
drilled depths on a run-by-run basis by the company
geologist and driller to determine core recovery and
Rockmass Quality Data (RQD). Recoveries averaged
higher than 98% with the only loss of material coming
from the overburden. This horizon is not considered
prospective for Lac Gold Limited’s purposes.
• Core recovery through the mineralized zones is
greater than 98%.
• No sample bias was observed.
Logging • Whether core and chip samples have been
geologically and geotechnically logged to a level
of detail to support appropriate Mineral
Resource estimation, mining studies and
metallurgical studies.
• Whether logging is qualitative or quantitative in
nature. Core (or costean, channel, etc)
photography.
• The total length and percentage of the relevant
intersections logged.
• All diamond core has been marked up, inspected,
logged and photographed by suitably trained and
qualified personnel of Explo-Logik.
• Logging detail includes depth, hole orientation,
lithology, alteration, veining, mineralogy,
mineralisation, RQD, magnetic susceptibility and
structure. These methods involve a combination of
both qualitative and quantitative determinations.
• Diamond core was logged in its entirety.
Sub-sampling
techniques
and sample
preparation
• If non-core, whether riffled, tube sampled, rotary
split, etc and whether sampled wet or dry.
• For all sample types, the nature, quality and
appropriateness of the sample preparation
technique.
• Quality control procedures adopted for all sub-
sampling sta
