Overview
The September 2026 Quarter saw Lac Gold deliver a host of significant drilling results which support its
strategy to grow the 1.66Moz Mineral Resource at its Rouyn gold project in Canada.
These results will be incorporated into the new resource estimate set for release in Q1 2027.
Results from a further 20 drillholes at the key Astoria deposit within the Rouyn corridor to support the
Company’s view that there is scope for substantial and rapid growth in the Mineral Resource.
The drilling repeatedly demonstrated broad mineralised envelopes containing materially higher-grade
internal zones, reinforcing the geological model developed through Lac Gold’s 2026 drilling program.
Drilling focused on improving geological confidence, testing internal extensions and offshoots to
known mineralisation and refining the distribution of higher-grade zones within the broader Astoria
system.

During the Quarter, Lac Gold commenced the updated Rouyn Mineral Resource Estimate. The work is
incorporating results of 52 holes from the 2026 drilling campaign, historical drilling and the Company’s
revised geological interpretation. Consultants Measured Group completed a site visit during
September and are working closely the project team to develop the geological domains and resource
model. Completion of the updated estimate is targeted for the March 2027 quarter.
Technical, environmental and community workstreams progressed in parallel. Metallurgical testwork
was approved to assess opportunities to improve gold recovery from argillite-hosted mineralisation,
which represents approximately 10% of the existing Rouyn Mineral Resource.
Quarterly Activities Report
ASX: LAC | lacgold.com | investors@lacgold.com p3
Preliminary ecological fieldwork and progressive rehabilitation of completed drilling areas also
commenced. Lac Gold continued its engagement with local stakeholders through social media
channels, a second community meeting and the September Rouyn Project Comité de suivi (Monitoring
Committee) meeting and site visit.
At the Pickle Lake Project, Orix Geoscience continued digitising and integrating the extensive historical
Golden Patricia exploration and mining information. This work will provide a modern geological
database and three-dimensional interpretation to support target generation and exploration planning.
Rouyn remains Lac Gold’s flagship asset, primary value driver and immediate operational and capital
priority. The Company’s near-term focus is to complete the updated Mineral Resource Estimate,
prepare the next phase of drilling and continue advancing the technical, environmental and community
foundations required to evaluate future development pathways. Pickle Lake, anchored by the high-
grade Golden Patricia asset, provides a second long-term growth platform that will continue to be
advanced in a disciplined and measured manner.
Rouyn Gold Project (Québec, Canada)
Project context
The Rouyn Gold Project is located immediately south of Rouyn-Noranda within the Abitibi Greenstone
Belt of Québec. The project lies along the Cadillac-Larder Lake Break, a major regional structure
associated with numerous world-class gold deposits and mining operations.
Rouyn hosts a Mineral Resource Estimate (JORC 2012) of 15.8Mt at 3.28g/t Au for 1.66Moz of gold in the
Indicated and Inferred categories. The Mineral Resource extends across part of an approximately
seven-kilometre mineralised corridor and remains open along strike and at depth.
Rouyn is a brownfields resource growth opportunity. Lac Gold’s immediate objective is to improve
confidence in the geological model, assess the potential to grow and improve the quality of the existing
Mineral Resource and establish the technical foundations required to evaluate future development
pathways.
Drilling program
During the Quarter, 19 holes were completed for 8,969 metres. At 30 September 2026, 73 holes had
been completed for 29,520 metres cumulatively under Lac Gold’s 2026 Rouyn drilling programs.
The 2026 drilling program was designed to progressively improve the Company’s understanding of the
scale, geometry and continuity of mineralisation at Astoria. During the Quarter, drilling focused on:
• testing internal extensions and offshoots to known mineralisation;
• refining the geometry and continuity of higher-grade zones;
• assessing areas where the mineralised system may be broader than historically interpreted;
• providing additional infill information to improve resource geometry and geological confidence;
and
• identifying and prioritising future drilling opportunities across the broader Rouyn Gold Project.

The drilling continued to build outward from the better-defined parts of the existing Mineral Resource,
applying the improved geological understanding developed through the 2026 program to refine
targeting.
During the Quarter, assay results were reported for drillholes AS-26-799 to AS-26-818. Further drilling,
logging, sampling and interpretation continued as Lac Gold assembled the geological and assay
information required for the updated Mineral Resource Estimate.
Figure 2 – Abitibi region and Rouyn location plan
Drilling results and geological interpretation
Lac Gold reported assay results from a further 20 diamond drillholes, AS-26-799 to AS-26-818,
completed at Astoria as part of the Company’s ongoing 2026 drilling program.
The results continued to support the interpretation of Astoria asa large, structurally controlledorogenic
gold system developed along the Cadillac-Larder Lake Break. Drilling repeatedly demonstrated two
complementary components of the mineralised system:
• broad shear-hosted hydrothermal alteration envelopes that define the overall scale and
continuity of the system; and
• higher-grade gold mineralisation developed within favourable structural settings inside those
broader envelopes.
Broad mineralised intervals included 86.00m @ 1.12g/t Au in AS-26-806, 86.60m @ 0.59g/t Au in AS-
26-801, 55.55m @ 0.74g/t Au in AS-26-799 and 46.50m @ 1.99g/t Au in AS-26-808. These intervals
provide important geological context for the scale and continuity of the hydrothermal system.
Quarterly Activities Report
ASX: LAC | lacgold.com | investors@lacgold.com p5
Materially higher-grade zones occurred within the broader mineralised envelopes, including:
• 7.50m @ 11.17g/t Au and 12.00m @ 3.68g/t Au in AS-26-808;
• 8.00m @ 5.12g/t Au in AS-26-806;
• 2.00m @ 17.08g/t Au in AS-26-804;
• 2.90m @ 10.78g/t Au in AS-26-802; and
• 5.10m @ 5.46g/t Au in AS-26-817.
The broad alteration zones are interpreted predominantly around the contact between ultramafic
volcanic rocks of the Piché Group and Timiskaming sedimentary rocks. The Company’s evolving
structural interpretation indicates that higher-grade mineralisation may be preferentially developed
within localised brittle structural zones associated with lithological flexures and, in some areas, the
proximity of diabase dykes.
These geological relationships were observed across multiple drillholes and are being incorporated
into the evolving Astoria geological model. The growing body of drilling information is progressively
improving the Company’s understanding of the architecture, geometry and continuity of the
mineralised system.
Figure 3 - Astoria long section showing selected 2026 drilling
The holes reported during the Quarter tested internal extensions and offshoots within the broad
footprint of the existing Mineral Resource. This included areas that may have been modelled
conservatively using historical drilling, higher-grade zones that were not adequately defined and areas
where the mineralised system may be broader than previously interpreted.
The results will be incorporated with earlier 2026 drilling, historical drilling and the revised geological
interpretation as part of the updated Rouyn Mineral Resource Estimate.

Technical and development workstreams
During the Quarter, Lac Gold commencedworkon an updated MineralResource Estimateforthe Rouyn
Gold Project. Measured Group was engaged to lead the work. The updated estimate will incorporate
the results of 52 holes from the 2026 drilling campaign, historical drilling and the revised geological
interpretation developed through Lac Gold’s exploration program.
The principal focus is a comprehensive update of the Astoria Mineral Resource, where the 2026 drilling
has materially increased the geological information available for interpretation and estimation. The

work will also review the application of updated technical and economic assumptions across the other
Rouyn resource areas.
A site visit was completed during September, including review of drill core, geological interpretations,
drilling and sampling procedures, the project database and the physical setting of the Astoria deposit.
Measured Group continued working with the Rouyn project team on database validation, geological
domain interpretation and preparation of the resource model.
The updated Mineral Resource Estimate is intended to:
• incorporate the results of 52 holes from the 2026 drilling program;
• reflect the revised understanding of the broad mineralised envelopes and higher-grade internal
zones;
• improve the representation of mineralisation geometry and continuity; and
• provide an improved geological foundation for future drilling and development studies.
Completion of the updated Mineral Resource Estimate is targeted for first quarter 2027.
Other technical workstreams continued in parallel with drilling and the Mineral Resource Estimate.
During the Quarter:
• geological modelling and interpretation continued as new drilling, logging and assay
information became available;
• a metallurgical testwork program was refined and approved to proceed. The program results
will further inform recovery assumptions and future development studies;
• preliminary ecological fieldwork commenced, including work to support future environmental
and permitting studies;
• environmental baseline and permitting activities continued to be reviewed and sequenced to
align with the project’s evolving development timetable; and
• technical information from drilling, geological modelling, metallurgy and environmental
studies continued to be integrated into the evaluation of future development pathways.
This work is being undertaken progressively so that future studies are supported by an increasingly
robust foundation.
Stakeholder engagement
Lac Gold continued to advance environmental, permitting and community workstreams during the
Quarter, alongside drilling and technical evaluation.
A second community meeting was held at Granada during August. The meeting provided residents with
an update on drilling activities, environmental and noise-management measures, planned
rehabilitation and the broader objectives of the Rouyn exploration program. Drill core and drilling
equipment were also made available to help explain the exploration process and support informed
discussion.
Quarterly Activities Report
ASX: LAC | lacgold.com | investors@lacgold.com p8
The Rouyn Project Comité de suivi met again during September. The meeting included a site visit,
providing committee members with an opportunity to observe site conditions, exploration activities
and environmental management measures.
Operational measures implemented during the Quarter included:
• continued use and monitoring of drilling noise-mitigation measures;
• adjustment of drilling practices and operating hours where appropriate;
• installation of signage around active drilling and rehabilitation areas; and
• measures to minimise vegetation clearing and disturbance to drill pads and access areas.
Progressive rehabilitation of completed drilling areas commenced during the Quarter. Workfocused on
cleaning and rehabilitating areas no longer required for active operations while avoiding unnecessary
rework in locations that may be required for future drilling. Further rehabilitation and tree planting will
continue next Quarter and as seasonal conditions permit.
Lac Gold also continued engagement with theCityof Rouyn-Noranda, local residentsand First Nations.
Feedback received through these discussions is being incorporated into exploration planning,
environmental work and the selection and management of future drilling contractors.
The Company considers strong local relationships and responsible site management essential to the
successful long-term advancement of the Rouyn Gold Project.
